Delivery & Cost - All products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

Standard - UPS ground insured to lower 48 states within United States, transit time is 1-5 working days

Others - Outside of lower 48 states and international shipment is either by USPS air parcel post or Global Express, transit time is 5-20 days, depending on type of service and destination.

Returns - We accept returns within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. You must EMail us for a RMA number prior to the return. It must be returned in original packaging and the merchandise must be in original condition without any signs of wear and tear, otherwise a full refund ( less all shipping charges ) cannot be honered.Please find our returns address with your order. For your protection, we recommend that you obtain proof of delivery, which will enable you to claim should the goods be lost or delayed. We will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them. Refunds are dispatched within thirty days from date of receipt of returned goods.

Products must be returned within 14 days after dispatch. After this, it is at our discretion.

Customs and duty - Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
